The offer is applicable on select hotels.
The offer is not applicable if the hotel is booked using the pay-at-hotel and BNPL option.
How do you get it?

This offer is valid from 00:00 hours on 18th November, 2019 till 23:59 hours on 20th November, 2019.

What else do you need to know?
The offer is not applicable on payments made directly at the hotel or through PayPal, MMT Gift Card, My Wallet, Cash on Delivery (COD) and net banking.

Conditions in case of cancellation
In case of partial/full cancellation the offer stands void and the customer will not be eligible for the discount.
If the customer cancels the travel service purchase after the discount amount is availed, MakeMyTrip will deduct the discount amount from the refund and cancellation charges will apply.
If there is any rescheduling or cancellation, the customer has to bear the fare difference (regardless of whether the component is a part of the base fare or tax + surcharge) and other rescheduling/cancellation fees.
Other Terms and Conditions
If the customer doesn’t receive the discount, he/she must raise the claim at https://support.makemytrip.com/MyAccount/MyInci... within 3 months from the booking date. In the event that the cardholder fails to do so, he/she will not be eligible for the discount amount.

Add-on cards will be treated as separate cards.

In order to be eligible for the cashback offer, your holiday package booking must be for at least 2 adult passengers.
This offer is applicable on packages with or without flights.
This offer is valid on payments made through Citibank Credit & Debit Cards only.
This offer is not applicable on payments made through EDC swipes (Electronic data capture machine).
To be eligible for the offer, the booking needs to be made between 18th November to 20th November, 2019 and 100% payment needs to be made by 15th December, 2019 or as per package payment policy, whichever is earlier.
The customer can avail the holiday package offer for a maximum of 1 booking per card i.e. 1 booking for domestic holiday package or 1 for international holiday package.
