Step 1: Select ICICI Bank Net Banking as the payment option during checkout at any website or app

Step 2: Enter your user ID (Get User ID) and password (Get Password) to log in

Step 3: Enter your registered mobile number and OTP received. Enter your Debit Card PIN and confirm the login in request and proceed with payment

Step 4: On the Payment Landing Page, enter OTP received for Authorization

 Step 5: Proceed with ‘Pay Now’ option and complete your transaction

• Minimum purchase value is Rs 500.
• Customers can avail of this offer only once during the offer period.

• “Alliance Partner” shall mean Innovative Retail Concepts Private Limited (Big Basket), who has entered into an alliance agreement with ICICI Bank Limited (“ICICI Bank”) for purpose of providing the Offer.
• “Customer/s" shall mean a person who holds a savings account, or any other type of account/s, with ICICI Bank which is/are eligible for ICICI Bank internet banking services.
• “Offer/s” refers to issuance of Gift Vouchers by the Alliance Partners pursuant to the offers terms and conditions of the offers, as further described in these Terms.
• “Offer Period” shall mean the period commencing from January 20 to January 31, 2020, both days inclusive.
• “Online Purchase” refers to making payment to purchase products/services available on third party merchant websites or applications.
• “Void Transactions” shall mean wherein the transaction/attempted transaction is either unsuccessful or has taken place but has been rejected/ cancelled/ been unsuccessful at any third party website.
• “Primary Terms and Conditions” shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to the ICICI Bank’s products and services, as available at www.icicibank.com, including that applicable on savings account and internet banking.
• “Website” for the Offer shall refer to www.bigbasket.com, and “mobile app” refers to the mobile application of the Alliance Partner.
• “Winner/s” shall mean the Customer/s meeting the eligibility criteria of the Offer, mentioned for each individual offer.
• “Secure Inbox” shall mean the inbox present in the logged in section of retail internet banking portal of the Customer.
• “Gift Voucher” refers to the redeemable vouchers issued by the respective Alliance Partner to the Winners for the amount specified in each Offer terms and conditions, redeemable only on the Website.

All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms (“Terms”) shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

3. Gift Card will be valid for a period of up to 12 months from the date of issue

4. Entire Gift Card amount will be redeemed and credited to the bb wallet. After the amount is credited, it can be used across multiple orders.

5. Gift Card is not redeemable for cash or credit

6. If the customer misplaces the gift card, bigbasket shall not be responsible to reimburse / refund

7. No duplicate will be issued if the gift card is lost or misplaced

8. Gift Card cannot be re-validated once expired

9. The holder of the gift card is deemed to be the beneficiary

10. Validity period of the gift card will not be extended under any circumstances

11. Any dispute should be referred to bigbasket and the decision of bigbasket shall be final

12. If Gift Card is purchased in a city not mentioned above, amount will not be reimbursed/refunded
