The Colgate Total BookMyShow Offer (the “Promotional Offer”) is an on-pack shopper promotional offer sponsored by Colgate-Palmolive (India) Limited’s (“Colgate”) on its product Colgate Total Advance Health 120 Sku (the “Product”). Upon purchase of the Product, the shopper is entitled to get an assured fixed reward of BookMyShow voucher worth Rs.125/- powered by BookMyShow, subject to complying with the steps provided in this document.

1. These terms and conditions (the “T&C’s”) apply to this Promotional Offer for consumers, which is sponsored and launched by Colgate and conducted by RewardPort (partner agency) on the Product i.e. Colgate Total Advance Health 120 sku across select stores and cities.

2. The Promotional Offer is valid only in India from 1 st October 2019 to 31 st March 2020 subject to availability of the Products. Promotion is open to citizens of India only.

3. The Product entitles consumers with Rs.125 BookMyShow voucher by sending an SMS with the unique code given inside the Product carton to RP longcode 8652631525 in prescribed format.  Format: COL <space> Unique Code and send it to 8652631525, * Standard sms charges apply

4. BookMyShow voucher code will be received on SMS within 24 hours. Unique code can be used only once for getting the BookMyShow voucher code. Colgate shall not be responsible in case of the BookMyShow voucher code being misused or failed or lost during transaction.

5. This Promotional offer entitles the consumer with Rs.125/- off on purchase of tickets for Movies/Plays/Concert/Sport available on BookMyShow on all 7 days of the week (Mon-Sun), subject to availability and terms and conditions of BookMyShow website / App.

6. Unique code can be redeemed only via SMS to get BookMyShow voucher code. BookMyShow voucher code (Winpin) can be redeemed ONLY on www.BookMySh...om & BMS Mobile App and cannot be redeemed directly at the cinema/venue box office.

7. Winpin can be redeemed on purchase of tickets for Movies/Plays/Concert/Sport available on BookMyShow website / App.

8. Winpin shall be valid PAN India across all Cinemas/Partners associated with BookMyShow subject to the terms and conditions of BookMyShow.

9. Winpin will only be adjusted against the ticket cost. BookMyShow convenience fees (if any) and/or any additional amount transaction to be borne by the voucher user

10. Winpin can be used only once and will be valid for 2 month from the date of issue. Two Winpin codes cannot be combined in one single transaction.

11. The Winpin cannot be reloaded/refunded/cancelled once issued.

12. Discount offered is on one transaction only irrespective of number of movie tickets purchased

13. The Winpin can be used only for purchase of tickets for Movies/Plays/Concert/Sport available on BookMyShow website / App.

14. The Winpin cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or credit nor can be exchanged for another Gift Voucher/Gift Card. Also, it cannot be re-validated once past expiry date.

15. This eGift voucher/Winpin cannot be exchanged for smaller eGift voucher denominations.

16. Only one code per person, per mobile number, per month can be redeemed within the validity period.

17. In case the voucher code is not getting applied on BookMyShow app, kindly apply the code on BookMyShow website in respective section.

18. The Winpin voucher is for one time redemption only, in case of partial redemption left over amount will be forfeited.

19. If the Winpin voucher is lost, misplaced or stolen, neither will a new eGift voucher/Winpin be issued nor will the money be refunded in any manner. Duplicate eGift voucher will not be issued.

20. Colgate or BookMyShow shall not be liable and responsible for any unauthorized and/or fraudulent purchase/s made using of the Winpin. The holder of the Winpin voucher shall be solely responsible for the safe custody of the Winpin voucher and the credentials mentioned on it.

21. BookMyShow may change (add to, delete, or amend) its booking terms from time to time.

22. In addition to these Terms and Conditions, BookMyShow Winpin voucher code(s) and their use on BookMyShow website are also subject to BookMyShow general Terms of Use. BookMyShow decision will be final in case of any dispute on usage of the Winpin vouchers.

23. Multiple vouchers cannot be used in a single transaction & the vouchers cannot be combined with any other running promotional offer on BookMyShow.

24. If the order amount exceeds the Winpin amount then complete your payment via Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking to pay balance amount.

25. This is strictly a onetime usage code.

26. The customer data received during the Promotional Offer is confidential and will not be used or shared with any individual or entity for any further analysis/ promotion. The data will be discarded once the Promotional Offer ends. Consumers sharing any data on BookMyShow platform will be subject to the privacy terms of BookMyShow, as may be applicable and Colgate shall not be responsible for the same.

28. The participating customers may, at the request of Colgate participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the gratification, free of charge, and they consent to COLGATE-PALMOLIVE (INDIA) LIMITED for using their name and image in promotional material. Such participating consumer agrees and consents to Colgate to cover the aforesaid Promotional activity through various media including newspapers, radio television news channels, internet, point of sale materials, etc., and shall not raise any objection, protest or demur to such coverage or in this regard

29. The decision of Colgate or its Partner Agency, as regards to the Promotional Offer shall be final. No correspondence or any other claims whatsoever, in this regard will be entertained.

30. No queries, claims, dispute, complaints or grievances pertaining to the Promotional Offer shall be entertained by Colgate and its Partner Agency from the date of the closure of the Promotional Offer.

31. The prize cannot be exchanged, and is not transferable and cannot be converted into cash.

32. The use of BookMyShow name in this terms and conditions is only for the purpose of explaining the terms and conditions hereof, and does not in any manner confer, assign or transfer or associate the trademarks or other rights of BookMyShow in Colgate. There is no principal agency, joint venture, associate or any other relationship between Colgate and BookMyShow, except that both entities have a principal to principal relationship.

33. This Promotional Offer shall be subject to Indian Laws and in case of any disputes, the Courts at Mumbai, shall have the exclusive jurisdiction.
