Not bad for this price plus something for extended warranty.
Mi fans would start singing paeans of praise for everything and anything Mi.
But in so far as I see, even the https://www.radiantappliances.com/abou...ml (Hyderabad operations of the contract manufacturer for Panasonic, Toshiba, Nokia TV, Skyworth and so many others) Radiant panels are better than those in the 43" and higher sized Mi TVs.

But generally speaking, Telengana/Andhra has become a cluster for such electronucs and these same contract manufacturers (like REA for example) who otherwise are OEM suppliers
have also launched their own brands, which in my view offer far FAR more value.
As for buying such large appliances or electronics, from this portal (Flipkart) would turn even Richard Dawkins into a devout God respecting, God believing person.
