@admin these are likely (pirated) violation of the OEM EULA signed by the original buyer/ corporations
Such content should ideally be removed even from discussions,
much less.. such promotion in deals
Say Dell, Lenovo signed a contract with Microsoft or their digital distributor (now Digital River is gone, so others) for either unlimited use for N years or
X number of total licences.
In such cases, the EULA does NOT permit Lenovo, Dell to resell the product/ transfer the licence.. EXCEPT to the buyers of their own machines.
If anyone is selling it outside of the Microsoft or the distributor signed contract.. it is piracy.

Moreover nowadays laptops are already charging money for the lifetime OS of windows in its price itself. So the need for buying the software is less for now.

Check the seller if you do not feel good don't buy it even if you use pirates without making it genuine it doesn't give any problem
