Receivers should not necessarily be unique. Users who have linked their payments bank as the primary bank, won’t be eligible. If sender or receiver has de-registered VPA even once, those users will not be eligible for cashback

Also get 50 cashback on first load of min 100₹ via UPI. And if you have payments bank linked, just don’t make it primary. Last time I got the cashback. I have two accounts linked, one is Paytm and other is SBI. I made SBI as primary account, and I got the cashback.
