Even after cancellation of auto-renewal, your card gets charged and u have to run from post to pillar to get a refund …. same happened …. as i contacted them over e-mail for cancellation of my Pro account …. but the card gets charged …. so be aware ….
as someone has posted a screenshot that, the pro autorenewal can be cancelled from day 1 …. please do double-check or give payzapp card details…. i guess that would be better …

Ok. Pro activated and cancelled the auto renewal.
My amount(Rs.1) deducted but Membership not activated
Deducted twice …not activated…2 rs gone 
Last year forgot to stop auto renewal, they charged fees on card, later did too many follow up with bank and moneycontrol, at last after 10 days got refund.
Subcribe only you really needed, otherwise leave it.
Nothing special in Pro subscription. Just a waste of time & energy.
After using Pro for 1 year, I had decided not to go for Pro subscription even at Rs.1 (Received the offer during Upstox Account creation).

Abe chuna laga diya 1₹ bhi le lia .. kuch activate bhi nahi hua.
try using web browser and pay through any card…payzapp also…then if blank page comes try refreshing multiple times…after 10-15 times refresh it will surely gets activate

I had paid in the evening but it didn’t succeed then but now it says subscription active.
The site itself says “No refunds” on their plans page. So in case the money will be deducted, they not gonna give it back.
If plan not activated they should refund money
