Note – First time load money Rs10 and try, if card working then load remaining money and use as soon as possible, Mswipe Moneyback card is powered by Transcrop company, same like Zingoy RuPay gift card powered by Transcrop company. All Transcrop powered cards worked limited number of times per day. I really don’t know what’s the problem. 
when you Signup please select “NO” option when ask for do you have a physical moneyback card?
Note – cashback is upto 1% cashback on all spend, for example Paytm fastag recharge through paytm app and got 0.50% cashback and Amazon payment you may get 1% cashback. I think cashback is depend on merchant categories.
