3. Is the free delivery applicable to all types of orders? Is there a minimum order?
Yes, free delivery is applicable on all orders placed using your Netmeds First membership. The mode of payment to receive the free delivery can be either Pre-paid or COD. For Pre-paid and COD orders, the minimum order required to avail free delivery is Rs. 99. The eligible maximum order limit for COD orders is Rs. 5000.
First members can get an extra 2% NMS Cash back (up to INR 100 per Order) on prescription medication bought using their membership. First members will get this cashback along with the benefits of the offers and discounts available to our non-First customers.

It can not be queued.
But you can apply the code again once your current membership finishes.
As for the refferal benefit-
You don't need to enter any code while doing sign-up. You can add the refferal code during checkout while purchasing any medical and it will provide you flat 26% off + 26% NMS supercash on MOV of rs. 999.
