lenovo doesn’t use same material on all models.Most software companies uses their ThinkPad.Try their legion pro series once.All brands use cheap materials on lower end models like lenovo IdeaPad 3 ,Dell inspiron 3000, hp 14,15 etc
Now coming to this laptop,one word waste of money,because it’s 11th gen, everything else sems good(display, ports, portability,battery etc)

Yes, even I have searched for their exchange option.
Don’t find on Amazon and Flipkart
But both sell the brand laptops, still noexchnage option for it.

once had a chat with amazon CC to add this brand as exchange option they replied we will forward your suggestion to the concerned team and nothing happened after that

I’m using IdeaPad core i5 that was cost 54k in 2015. Fingerprint/battery stopped working long ago! Whole-body cracked! Many ports stopped working.
