How this can be the best offer?
Payzapp Offer : The maximum benefit you may get for rent payment is 500 cashback using Payzapp channel. However the effective benefit will be less as NoBroker will charge 1% as processing fee. Hence maximum benefit of 400 can be achieved by paying a rent of 10000 Rs.
HDFC Milennia Card Offer : One more additional offer is available on HDFC Milennia credit card and here you will get 10% cashback upto 1250.
Now under Amazon Icici card, there is a cap of 5% at 350. The additional 1% cashback you can forget as it will compensate with 1% processing free.
Now choice is your based on your rent amount and card availability.
Your offer calculation is wrong.
Its not 650 benefit on payment of 30000 rent.
You have not calculated 1% processing fee.
The final benefit on 30K rent will be as below.
Card Cashback – 350+300=650
1% processing fee=300
Net benefit 650-300=350 only.
For rent amount <15K Payzapp offer and Milennia card offer is the best. Additional benefit of cashback points.
More than 15K rent amount Milennia Card offer is best. If one doesn’t have Milennia card, then can go with ICICI Amazon Pay card offer. Anyway max benefit will be 350 only, whatever the rent amount may be. Also no additional reward point.
Now I think you can compare yourself which offer is the best one.

How no-broker earns from rental payments? (bank provides the offer,) but no broker is charge MDR on credit cards which can be high as 3%

If possible try to avoid nobroker for rent payment.
It is my personal opinion on nobroker.
When cashback for millennia card will be credited??
I tried last month for Rs. 9000 it is ask for pan card so you can give your pan card detail but rent agreement nai manga. Maybe if we use 10K or above it will ask.

Payzapp card doesn’t work on nobroker app. Tried 10 times since yesterday. Error is “Payment failed”. I am using different mobile number in Nobroker & Payzapp.

You first need to add fund to payzapp card for the amount you need to pay. Once fund is there then you can try making a payment.

I have one query.
I have millenia credit card, if I pay 15k rent I am eligible for 750rs cashback.
But the maximum cashback on millennia credit card using payzapp/smartbuy is 750rs.
Will I receive extra 5% cashback if I buy Amazon Gift voucher through smartbuy.

I have done the rent payment for both cred and nobroker in Nov month, so cashback is due on 20th Dec as per the T&C listed on ICICI website.
For example:
Cashback for October will be credited by Nov 20, 2020
Cashback for November will be credited by Dec 20, 2020
Cashback for December will be credited by Jan 20, 2021
