Btw, there are 2 banners showing, 1st of onecard offer, and 2nd one is 10% of convenience charges as cashback for 1st tuition fees payment on phonepe.
(1). So, for new user of tuition fees in phonepe, the best offer is applied, which is the 2nd one showing, so in this case, can both offers be combined?
(2). And, for old users of tution fee in phonepe, no offer is selected under best offers on payment page with onecard cc, is it okay?

In my case, even One card is added as a payment method, Phonepe is not giving an option to pay with it at the time of payment. Only UPI option is coming. Am I doing something wrong or any thing else is required which I am missing? Appreciate if anyone can suggest, if aware.
