OFFER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

“Jio OnePlus 11R Series”

Definitions

1. “Additional Data Pack” shall mean additional 50 GB 4G/5G data upon subscribing to Rs.599 Postpaid Plan provided by RJIO on the Eligible Device during the Entitlement Period.
2. “Eligible Devices” shall mean devices as listed under Group-1 of Annexure B activated for the first time on the RJIO network, by an Eligible Subscriber, on or after 21st Feb 2023. This Offer is applicable only on the Indian version of the Eligible Device.
3. “Partner Coupons” shall mean coupons offered by partner brands subject to the terms and conditions provided below as Annexure-A, in the MyJio app of the Eligible Subscriber upon activating for the first time on RJIO network via the Eligible Device during the Partner Coupon Entitlement Period.
4. “Partner Coupon Entitlement Period” shall mean the period between 21st Feb-31st Dec 2023 and the expiry date mentioned against each Partner Coupon.
5. “Eligible Subscriber” shall mean a person who (i) has purchased the Eligible Device; (ii) is active subscriber of the Rs. 599 RJIO Postpaid Plan; and (iii) is enrolled to the “Jio Prime” membership plan.
6. “Billing Cycle” shall mean validity period of 30 consecutive calendar days, starting from the date of activation of Postpaid Plan
7. “MSISDN” means mobile station international subscriber directory number and for the purposes of this Offer, shall mean the mobile number assigned to the Eligible Subscriber for availing RJIO Postpaid Plan.
8. “Offer” shall mean the (i) “Additional Data Pack” made available by RJIO (ii) “Partner Coupons” made available by RRL.;
9. “Offer Benefits” shall mean the benefits accruing to the Eligible Subscriber under the Offer as mentioned herein-below.
10. “RJIO” shall mean Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited.
11. “"RJIO SIM” shall mean the Postpaid sim card made available by RJIO.
12. “RRL” shall mean Reliance Retail Limited.
