they say card generation in minutes, but for my wife, I applied on Thursday, it was scheduled for physical kyc on friday but till date no update. I mean who does physical kyc for an addon. when ever I have applied for other banks I got the card straight away on the basis of pan card and photo sent to bank on email id
I also skipped only due to seprate kyc. Common it’s an add on and primary responsible person full kyc u already have.

The KYC needs to be done during the offer period (May 30 and 31, 2022) and they are doing physical KYC for add-on cards. Moreover, they do not have agents available for physical KYC. LOL. Good strategy by the team.
