Got approved and was trying to register. After reading terms and talking to their customer care I really see no point in using this card. Seems to be quite useless compared to other cards.
Only benefit I see is the low mark up fee dor forex transactions so beneficial only for international transactions. Also, no annual fees whatsoever.
On the flipside, don’t want to add such pointless cards to the list of cards owned as it affects my credit history momentarily for a few months. Would rather get something more useful.

IDFC’s another product Niyo card is way better… Lifetime free debit card with zero% Forex markup… I am already using it on PayPal from quite some time now and saved a lot of money in foreign transactions as its a 0% forex markup card and also comes with zero balance account with 7% savings account interest rate over 1 lac…
I joined the previous waitlist and now on the waitlist 2.0…I’m an IDFC customer so I didnt even have to provide any KYC docs for the Niyo card…

Hmm then @shnk2010914 should also get his CB..Also I don’t know why they are declining even the existence of the transaction…But they will have to give him CB as he provided them transaction screenshots…
@shnk2010914 , also send them the Transaction ID & ask them to track your transaction & demand your CB…If they don’t help, comment publicly on one of their recent twitter timeline posts about this, instead of requesting in messages…They will then surely take action because other customers will also see your complaint & they won’t want that…
This always works for me when some company deny to give me service I deserve… 
P.S. Don’t post account details, your contact number & transaction screenshots if you are tweeting to them publicly…Too many scammers are online…If you do that, you will get a fake scam call very shortly from scammers claiming to call from IDFC/Niyo…Personal experience when I mistakenly posted my mobile number on FB in a complaint comment…

guys beaware they are doing cibil score check and score getting impacted
It’s totally normal…Without doing CIBIL score check, no bank can issue you any credit card or loan…All banks do hard Inquiry on CIBIL before giving Credit cards or loans to applicants…And Hard Inquiry will always impact the CIBIL score to certain extent…But the loss of CIBIL score can be restored again by using other credit cards/loans properly…I have 8 Active Credit cards & my current CIBIL is 800 & Experian 836…And already applied for OneCard like 5-6 months ago…
I’m at like 15k+ on their Waitlist 2.0 & unlocked other Elements except the Metal card…Even uploaded my IDFC statement but not sure if I will get the card or not because they mentioned in their rules in the app that, to get the Metal card, we have to be in the Top 10000 & unlock the Metal Card element but I don’t feel like spamming my referral code everywhere to jump up the queue…Not interested at all in the Virtual or Plastic card…

I asked them on twitter if I can get the card if I can’t come in the top 10k or can’t unlock all 4 elements & this is what they replied…

Means waiting for 5-6 months & uploading my statement in the app all gone wasted because I’m at almost 16k (Yesterday was at 15k) & couldn’t unlock the metal card element…

I really don’t know how this works but I heard off onecard from cardexpert.in, metal card and forex markup of 1% was lucrative for me. I installed both apps however it didn’t tell me to appl for waitlist or anything. as per my knowledge , they wouldn’t even put me in waitlist. My cibil is 780(not sure why , I have never missed payments and I use hardly <10% of my limits, not even that much) and experian is 800+.
All of a sudden today I received an email from them saying apply and get the card, i logged in on app via OTP, they asked selfie and OTP’s. It was quite easy really. The best part was the address. My aadhar PAN all are of different city but I am in Delhi for work/job from last 6 years. I have never updated address with aadhar of delhi. Though with some cards my address is updated. Onecard simply fetched like 10 address (small changes but basically 3 address – work/home/permanent) and just asked me where I want the card. This was really awesome. It feels like digibank experience which I like alot anyways. I’l be geting the card soon, I already have the digital card activated and working with limit of 1.4L. Nice job IDFC, Now IDFC please teach HDFC, ICICI, SBI and shitty Axis bank how it is done!

I was there in their Waitlist 1.0 & was waiting since like ast 5-6 months & they released Waitlist 2.0 instead of continuing the previous waitlist…I did several spins but can’t be in the top 10k & they told me on twitter that I can’t get the card until I unlock the all 4 elements or be in the top10k in the waitlist…

I’ve experienced the same… The card was approved but I’m not able to take it cause of location. So my brother was in delhi and i requested to take the physical card delivery (earlier contacted onecard team to deliver it but they said you’ve to be present at the time of delivery- deliver by bluedart ) i said please deliver it I’ll take it from my brother further he mentioned that you can use your virtual card and we’ll stop the physical card until you present at the address.
After 2 days the card got dispatched and at the same day it was our for deliver ..I contacted my brother and ask to take the delivery just act like you’re the original person. He haven’t asked any docs for delivery. (I already sent my documents for verification)
And i got the card 
still unserviceable in my city but somehow got the card.
