• Participant must guess and enter the code on the keypad available in AR to submit his/her entry.
• In case the code is correct, participant would be notified immediately that the code filled in is correct and would be asked to share contact details for OnePlus to contact you further.
• In case the guessed code is incorrect, the participant would be notified immediately that code entered is incorrect.
• In case of multiple correct entries from multiple users, the 1 final winner per day would be selected by a random lucky draw and the final winner would be contacted by email and phone number collected from them within 30 days of the end of the contest.
• OnePlus shall have no liability for a Winner’s failure to share their details asked in the form after entering the code correctly due to technical errors, browser failure or other security settings.
• OnePlus shall have no liability for a Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for a Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.
• If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 15 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate Winner selected.
• Receipt of the prize offered in this Contest by the Winner is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
