Can you access Mobile banking Because today i opened account and i got 4 digit pin to access mobile banking.
If not then first you should get DC to use app or netbanking

Same here current day did not work hence had to block for tomorrow

they are detecting and allocating branch based on the pincode present in the address mentioned in Aadhar and not option to change it, what is the process for change of address in BOB , i already moved from my Old location to new one and its very far
After account opening you can request for transfer online and visit nearby branch to update the same .. no need to visit old branch

My experience
Opened a/c yesterday early morning SB advantage. While opening I didn’t select debit card and cheque book.
Kyc slot was not available all day. But was able to schedule vkyc at 10:45 today. Link received at 10:55. Opened link. Completed on screen instructions. At last, signed on blank page in front of agent. That,s it. After 30 mins received a/c details and bob app PIN. Logged in. Checked all details. Transferred few buck in account. Requested Physical card. Rupay platinum. It shows card 6522 BIN during application. After that, applied virtual debit card. 
During my video kyc, the agent is not accepting printout of Adhaar and noted my kyc as failed and i got the sms to visit the branch to complete kyc.

Same error with me since last 4.5 hrs sent approx 35 sms across various times , it seems some issue is there at bob end
