I Opened account 2 days ago and still they don’t have my account information .. Neither they are able to fetch details using mobile number or account number .. I contacted them for AWB number of debit card

Well I tied to login to the BooB world app just to see how asinine their new interface would be, and for the Virtual Rupay card. But of course the same message which greeted me months before greets me now with the new app as well. Never changed phone, but my crime was to open the SIM tray once and insert an additional SIM on the unused, empty slot, the primary SIM always remained at same slot.
Now the penalty for this crime is, obviously I cannot ever login to their app, unless I go to a BooB ATM and deregister and re-register my mobile no. Cannot even take screenshot of the error because ‘sekoority consharns’.

Some things are so stupid that the level of it cannot be measured. BooB is prime example of that.
In how many days physical card comes?
Adhaar is a number, not a “card”. So what on earth is “original adhaar card”.
UIDAI claims E-Adhaar as valid for all purposes.
Someone should complaint against BOB on PG Portal for violation of Adhaar regulations.

Virtual card used successfully on amazon . Physical cards yet to deliver.
I created Virtual card after few trials and see the card on the app but not able to see CVV. I get “Unable to Process request” error when I click on the card. Anybody facing similar issue?
BTW, is it possible to see the virtual card on netbanking account?
I heard maximum 3 virtual RuPay Platinum debit card you can generate after block your first virtual card.
Note- dnt block your 3rd card, 4th card never generated you will getting error “yearly limit exceed”

If virtual card cvv is not showing then clear your app data cache and relogin, after sometime cvv showing.

How you guys are opening the account online ?? For me it shows some error and for support to contact me and shows we don’t have branch in your city whereas I do have a branch nearby.
Also I have not recieved any calls from their support
