PayTM: Pay your SBI Credit Card bill with any other Credit Card from PayTM. Not sure PayTM started accepting it or it’s bug.
Tried in multiple accounts, verify your self on the payment page whether it allowing or not. No charges.
Edit: Looks like it’s working for IDFC Cards as well, try your luck.
May be user specific.

Can be done on Mobikwik as well with wallet load. But charges are 2.5%+GST only for KYC users.
Payment via wallet load NA for non-kyc ones.
