Just got an offer from One Card. We will get 10000 points (max) on paying rent ( applicable twice per user).
That's easy 2000.
But it's user specific. 🤔😔
I really don't know what to put in deal price. So, I have set the total rent as 40000. One has to pay in two installments of 20000. 🙂 Net discount ll be of 2000 rupees. So final price is 38000. I hope I am correct in this approach

Payment keep getting failed after successful verification of pan details of landlord. Edit- Got msg of payment successfully processed and would be credited in some time and now received msg of payment failed, shame now will have to wait for refund
