It has been there since long time. Have been using since 2 months at least.
That said it is pretty weird card. Hdfc and snapay both don't support it. Probably Bajaj as well. Paytm requires to use UPI for this card, wallet balance doesn't work. No neft/imps as well.
The only way to get rewards on this card bill payment is via cred for 12 1k payments.
