Just an Update @Hi.Debasish told me, he received Cashback for January & February months both Rs100 cashback, infact he also used Rs.25 coupon code, coupon & RuPay card cashback both received, he used same credit card & same RuPay debit card and also used 3 different mobikwik accounts in January & Febuary months. All cashback received.

Already utilised this offer last month. Is it a fresh because last offer validity was 28th feb. In last month offer, Starting date clearly mentioned. Not this time. Mobikwik has kept the ball in his room. Either they give or not give, it’s their will.

It’s stupid Mobikwik issue. In the past it used to get resolved in some update or the other but again re-introduced by a new update. Nowadays I don’t update until it’s really necessary. One recent improvement at least is that UPI registration info is preserved after logging again even when the app logs out the user after some period of little to no usage.

I have made the payment on 15th of feb using equitas rupay debit card but haven’t got the cashback yet.
The cashback should have been processed by 10th march but still NO UPDATES !!
Complained about it on twitter to mobikwik media team, let’s see by when they will resolve it.
Same issue here. Made two payments on mobikwik in January and February from same account and same rupay card. Nothing was mentioned that who has availed the offer in January is not eligible in February. So, I make payment in February also.
100 cash back reimbursed by mobikwik on 11 th feb for January payment. I don’t know this time they will give or not. Will update if received.

I don’t think wallet or prepaid cards would be eligible. In fact, it will charge u extra for paying via prepaid card. These are treated as credit card rather than debit card for such transactions.
