Update : Now minimum amount increased to 10000
I paid when it was 7500. They gave a stupid scratch card of pay with Paytm and get flat 100 paytm cashback points. When I complained, they only said that there is no such offer of minimum 7500 credit card bill payment. 
Changed to Min 10k transaction
