None of the offers are good enough. Can be availed as the last resort after paying credit card bill with CRED.

1000 points for Rs 5000 payment is equivalent to Rs 10 which is not even 1%!

At least through CRED, you get a minimum of Rs 15 for every Rs 1000 worth of bill payment.
