I want to share my feedback on PTM wallet recharge/bill payment offers.
Most of the time, there are multiple recharge/bill payment offers running simultaneously on PTM. In past I tried to recharge/pay bill to avail cashback on one particular offer but once I recharged my mobile/paid bill, I found that an entirely different irrelevant and stupid offer got applied which I never wanted to make use of. This happened more than once with me.
After a couple of bad experiences, I started to avoid using PTM for recharges/bill payments. As a customer, my preference is to know which offer is applied to my recharge/bill payment at the time of making payment. If I don’t have this control with me, I will avoid using PTM.Just to explain my point, whenever I make any payment in PhPe/Amz Pay, I get a confirmation about the offer applied to my transaction and the amount of cashback I will get. This is the kind of transparency required in PTM which I am afraid is not there at present. Needless to say that I pay many bills/do recharges every month using other options like PhPe and Amz Pay.
If PTM wants to be competitive and stay relevant, you need to bring about these changes in your app/website.
