You have to buy gift card from payzapp if you have millenia dc, then you get 5+5+3-2%.
If you use millenia dc directly on amazon you don't get 5% (maybe you get 2.5% or 1% never tried directly)

No, total 400 can be claimed in a month, if 400 limit is reached, only 5% from smartbuy will be received

400 cap includes only 5%, which are combined with other spends too on your debit card.

Next 1000 smartbuy 5% limit is max you can get on purchase of giftcards/other services through payzapp only.

3% too have 1000 cap which is not included in above limits.

that is available to everyone, it will not give any benefit (only 5-2 = 3% benefit)
