Trick - Buy 7k amazon gv from payback site/app using your payzapp wallet (deselect payback points to get payzapp wallet payment mode), you can also use your dhanipay card, first saved your dhanipay card on payzapp, now select payzapp wallet on payment option, select your saved dhanipay card and pay + you will get dhanipay cashback.

anything posted about payzapp is account specific only, or atleast that’s what their customer support says when you call them and even if it is account specific, you have to be very very lucky that the offer fulfillment was done to you directly without calling them, else you would be wasting days, months running in circles to get your prize(rare case that they will give you the gv)
Payzapp has denied Rs 30 cash back for 1 txn in January offer
I transacted on zingoy and they said txn on zingoy is not applicable 
Payzapp cc does nothing except give standard denials. I had not got a grofers cb after d 35vworking days.. was told in writing on email that i had not applied d code and then after 3 days the cb came. Its system dependent and if u font get a cb or reward gv no amount of cc complaints can help. And yes their systems r terrible.

For buying Amazon GV, I used below approach.
From payback, click instant vouchers→ vouchers world → Add Amazon GV → Deselect payback points → Pay with Wallet → Payzapp → Pay with Payzapp after login. Remember to Deselect payback points if u r a icici debit card customer as they will charge 25+gst for redeeming payback points. @rajrocks Please comment on this… Will it be considered for payzapp cashback?
