Same. Collected 1800 points and suddenly reduced to 10%. However I placed 2 orders earlier to check if it was working fine. Then thought to place a big order and boom 🙃

Got 5000 points but can't redeem......no matter what I add to cart, it doesn't show....in a few instances it showed 10% usage. Not 100% usage.
