And how to buy a med which has mrp 251 while the one i wanted is just 80₹ but i need the maximum quantities. Cart i can make 3k but how do i change the mrp, pharmeasy is useless imo.

1mg kotak was best offer. But it's not working more than 1 order now per month. For 80 MRP med use Apollo @ 30% I think.
