Pharmeasy Customer service / Feedback team is a big scam.
If you receive any such call asking for a feedback over scheduled call promising the reward , don't fall for it.
Got a call from their team last month for a detailed feedback and was promised a reward of full 500 credit applicable on all transactions and can be used fully for even tests, post the feedback call.
I got the call next day ,spoke with their data analytics team lead .Provided him suggestions based on usage as i have been using the app for more than 5 years now .But later no 500 credits received.
Call and survey was genuine from pharmeasy only but they never reverted back on complaints or credits again.
