In customer care night shift is of no help now bro. Normally we just use coupon code and other is card/wallet payment mode.Now though it’s HDFC Bank and we all used to do the same modes before. Yes one phrase is mentioned ‘Cannot be clubbed with any other offer’ but there’s no clarity in it and it’s really annoying for us. If they don’t like to provide offers as mentioned they should better not do that all. Lastly what way is this coupon code of ‘new or 1st time user’ even be of any use for existing customer who wants to order and they don’t give anything much which is just nonsensical. Yes, I had used the code of yesterday’s flash sale. Then i tried to make payment via HDFC, the discount was not getting applied, so didn’t put OTP and order got converted to COD. Today i tried again and it worked. In short HDFC instant discount works with other offers also.
