Phillips tv will be good, but you will need to add in fire stick to make it adnroid based, I am using it for 1 years, no complaints till now,for 34k it’s Ultra HD, so it’s good deal,

Not every smart TV supports installing third party apps. You could use the inbuilt apps that comes with it. For example im using Sony Bravia which i bought for 48k 4 years ago and it has Youtube, Netflix, Sony Liv and few other junks only. I can’t install any new apps or anything but use Fire stick to watch prime.
