- Minimum bill value of ₹25 is required to avail the offer
- Cashback amount can vary between ₹5 to ₹50 on eligible transaction.
What is the eligibility criteria?
- Offer applicable:
○ Offer valid for select set of users in offer duration
○ Full payment to be made with the PhonePe Wallet. No other payment instruments (UPI / Debit or Credit Card) are applicable on this offer - The offer is not applicable if you make a partial payment with UPI / Credit or Debit Card.
- Users will get cashback only once per day
- This offer is not available in the state of Tamil Nadu (owing to the Tamil Nadu Prize Scheme (Prohibition) Act 1979) and other states wherever prohibited by law.
What is the offer duration?
- From 16:00 hrs 09th April 2021 to 23:59 hrs 30th April 2021
How many times will I be awarded Scratch card?
- Offer can be availed only thrice (per user, per device) during the offer period
How do I get the Scratch card?
- In the merchant stores, inform cashier you want pay by PhonePe
- Provide your phone no. to the cashier
- You will get a request on the PhonePe app
- Or Scan the PhonePe QR code option available at the store
- Use the relevant payment mode as described above to be eligible for the offer
- Click on pay to complete the transaction.
How do I redeem the Scratch card and get cashback?
- On a successful transaction at offline stores you get the scratch card
- In the PhonePe app, click on View My Rewards section
- Find the unscratched card and swipe to redeem the rewards
- Once redeemed scratch card cashback will be credited within 24 hours
- Scratch card redemption limit is up to one year
