Till now I & My Family used 8 devices of mediatek they have not run even for 2 years completely where as redmi y2 which is nearly 4 yearly still working perfectly

Mediatek are not long lasting

and moreover I dont spend 25k for mediatek

1st week sale is just gimmick. Noone would be able to buy it at that price. The phone’s design is ugly as fuck but overall specs are really good. But i would rather shell out 1k extra and buy Oneplus just for that premium design and branding.

OP Nord 2 is available at 3k more and between poco and OP hardly anyone will be choosing the former when the price difference is near to 3k.

Also they have the mi 11x which comes to similar price as poco after some discounts and everyone would obviously buy the Snapdragon one.

Since realme has been introduced in the market mi has gone haywire strategy wise.

After realme i only consider poco f1 and redmi k20 series to be the last successful devices in all fronts after them they just feel like they are no longer interested in users demand and are just like some other companies.

Snapdragon is now completely out from the Indian phones
There was a time when no one was interested in mediatek even under 10K but now every new phone is launching with Mediatek and that too in 20-30K range.
Better to avoid Mediatek so that brands will be forced to bring Snapdragon chip phones.

Also operators will first obviously start with metro cities ,top cities.

5g won’t wrk in any mobiles bcz airtel has only told tat u need almost 110 bands in mobile to get 5g netwrk until now none of the mobile has 110 bands all the phones has 102-103 bands n oneplus is having almost near to 108 that’s it maybe pixel is having same so 5g won’t wrk in any mobile until they have 110 bands atleast to get 5g network so first think this n thn plan to buy or not don’t get in trap
