I can vouch for Smitch’s after sale support.
The smart bulb I bought in last Diwali sale went POOF couple of weeks ago.. checked Flipkart invoice it was under warrantry… So I mailed the smitch support.
Luckily I still had the box the bulb came in , so they got the warranty bar code.. After a troubleshooting call with their tech support they confirmed that bulb is actually faulty..
Next day they sent me brand new bulb.
I will perform postmortem on the dead bulb and learn basic IOT from free Udemy courses.
