OP would have mentioned all specs in his post. I know, few specs of this laptop are very rare and not available in this range of any other laptop.
Interested should refer official specs on asus website to know special feature of this laptop

best would be buy it install Linux and enjoy fast performance no SSD needed
bt if you r gonna use w11 then SSD is needed current windows don't work well with HDD
