It is because of user specific coupon .In one account there is only one coupon but in this 2 coupon are available.

Deal Price: 458 (nothing changes from long time – actually 30 Rs increased from last week price of 428)

There is user specific coupons + Extra coupons from Flipkart games, which applied on 1000’s on products, its one of them.

Dimers used to hide actual offer and post final prices of user specific coupons and getting hyped the deal for no reason.

So, price will change for everyone with coupons.
