Saturday – Sunday Instant cashback Offer 

Valid from 23rd Jan 2021 till 28th March 2021

1. This marketing program (“Program”) is from ICICI Bank Ltd under an arrangement with Infiniti Retail Ltd., (“Merchant”) and is open to all residents of India holding a valid and current ICICI Bank Credit Card (“Cardholder”)
2. The Validity of the Program (“Term”) is on each Saturday & Sunday between 23rd Jan 2021– 28th Mar 2021(offer period), unless extended by the Parties and Merchant.
3. Under this program:

For purchase of Rs 1,00,000 & above with the ICICI Credit card during the offer period, ICICI Bank Credit cardholder can avail Rs 10,000 as same day instant Cash back on qualifying transaction at Croma store on Saturday & Sunday 

For purchase of Rs 1,00,000 & above with the Credit card during the offer period, ICICI Bank Credit cardholder can avail Rs 10,000 as Croma gift card on qualifying transaction on croma.com on Saturday & Sunday 

1. Cashback is applicable on select ICICI Bank Credit Card & Credit Card EMI txns only
2. Instant cashback will be applicable on Saturday and Sunday only
3. Only 1 transaction per card will be eligible for cashback in a calendar month.
4. Cashback on Croma.com will be issued as unconditional Rs 10,000 Croma gift card within 60 days from the date of transaction
5. Croma.com gift voucher offer will not be applicable for customers who have availed the instant cashback offer at store during the calendar month
6. The offer cannot be combined with any ICICI and brand specific offer
7. Eligible bank customer has to select the bank offer on the payment page to avail the offer.
8. Maximum benefit under the offer will be Rs. 10,000 at a card level. 
9. Offer will not be applicable on Business, Commercial & Corporate ICICI Bank Credit Cards
10. Cashback will not be applicable on advance invoice
11. Any query regarding the program will be entertained till 28th March 2021. Post such date; ICICI Bank will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Program from any cardholder.
12. Bank Card Account is required to be active and non-delinquent. Returned transactions, disputed or unauthorized/fraudulent transactions will not be considered for this offer.
13. All the existing offers, gifts, discounts etc., that are being offered can be availed by the Cardholders apart of this exclusive offer as mentioned in the communication.
14. Under no circumstance will the offer/discount being offered under this Program be settled with cash in lieu by ICICI Bank or by Merchant
15. Any disputes arising out of the Offer shall be subject to arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed by ICICI Bank for this purpose. The proceedings of the arbitration shall be conducted as per the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The place of arbitration shall be at Mumbai and language of arbitration shall be English. The existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against ICICI Bank
16. The Program is for the consumption of individual retail consumers only Infiniti Retail & ICICI Bank reserve right to modify or end the offer during the campaign period
