How to avail the offer
Annual Membership Purchase needs to be made on TimesPrime website.
Offer 1: Customer must be one of the first 1000 customers to avail 50% CashBack
Offer Valid from 30th Jan’19 to 30th Sept’19
Offer 2: Customer must be one of the first 50,000 customers to avail 30% Cashback*
Offer Valid from 1st Oct’18 (from 00:00 hrs) till 31st Dec’19 2019 (23:59 hrs) (Both dates included)
Customer shall get CashBack in PayZapp prepaid card within 30 working days of the transaction.
Maximum cash back per customer would be INR 500/- during the offer period
Offer applicable for all PayZapp registered users
Customers must login with their PayZapp registered mobile no. and transact, to be eligible for CashBack.
Customers not logging with their PayZapp Registered mobile no. are not be eligible for CashBack.
Customers doing a “Guest Checkout” are not eligible for CashBack.
Customer should be a KYC verified customer at the time of transaction, as per PayZapp to be eligible for CashBack.
Customers who are not KYC verified at the time of transaction, as per PayZapp are not eligible for CashBack.
Customer should be a KYC verified customer at the time of receipt of CashBack.
Customers who are not KYC verified at the of receipt of CashBack are not eligible for CashBack
Customers need to have an active PayZapp Prepaid card for successful receipt of CashBack.
Customers not having an active PayZapp Prepaid card are not eligible for CashBack.
Customer having 10 K prepaid card (Minimum KYC) will be eligible for CashBack basis offer terms & Conditions and can use it for Commerce transactions only. (excluding P2P & Prepaid card to account)
Customer having 1 Lac Prepaid Card (Full KYC) will be eligible for CashBack basis offer terms & Conditions and can use it for all Prepaid Card transactions.
General Terms & Conditions
Qualified Customer has to transact using his/her PayZapp account on TimesPrime website.
In the event orders are cancelled by TimesPrime or by customer, the customer will not be eligible for the cashback.
The Cashback amount will be calculated on the net transaction value.
All the existing offers, gifts, discounts etc., that are being offered can be availed by the Cardholders apart of this exclusive offer as mentioned in the communication.
Pictures of products shown in the communication sent to the customer either through mailers or advertised on our website, are representative only and may not bear a resemblance to the actual products. Bank/Merchant shall under no circumstances be responsible towards the same.
HDFC Bank shall not be liable to the quality of goods & services availed by the customers.
Both the parties reserve the right to modify, withdraw or discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons whatsoever. Neither anything contained in these terms and conditions, nor shall running this Offer be construed as an obligation on the Bank to continue the Offer up to the termination/expiry date.
Under no circumstance will the offer/discount being offered under this Program be settled with cash in lieu by Bank or by Merchant.
Participation in this Offer is entirely voluntary and it is agreed and understood by the Participants that participation shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis
The Offer is non-transferable.
The Offer shall not be available wherever it is prohibited under law and/or cannot be made for any reason whatsoever.
The Bank shall not be obliged to make any public announcements of the results of the Offer.
In all matters relating to this Offer, the decision of the Bank shall be final and binding.
By participating in the Offer, the Participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein.
