One more thing, Realme CC staff often speak in English even when I try speaking Hindi, which is confusing. As for their replacement policy, if your device is under 10 days old, you're eligible for a return or replacement, but the decision is solely with Realme, not Amazon or any other platform. They will check for issues, and if the device is within warranty, you may need to visit their service center. If the device works after troubleshooting, you'll have to keep it, and after one year, they take no responsibility.

So once you receive your device then there isn't any escape if it's a faulty one and works after certain conditions.Like as explained in previous reply with above comment my device started working fine after wiping and reinstall of OS and the Service Centre guy confirmed that the same issue can come again and I may lose data again. So no replacement and return happens if after re-softwaring if the device starts working.
