Tcl tab 10 in rs 5330 is best option maybe. I also used it from one month. For normal use like movies, browsing or Studying its good.but not for exteme gaming.

Unfortunately No!

Closest option i can think of is Nokia T20 3+32 WIFI @ ~13k with Stock Android (Launched with A11 and will receive A12,A13 but Nokia isn't fast pacing the OS upgrades but they'll release at some point since T20 got a global release

That being said, Mediatek chip on RealMe Pad should offer better real-world performance vs Unisoc on Nokia T20 (Both chips are similarly specced)

Main use is browsing, and office (word and ppt). Thanks for suggesting.

just wondering if TCL or Realme pad will have android udpates? if one of those doesn't have then it mean, we will have to use it for media and browsing and office perspective then?

RealMe Pad is expected to get A12 by this year end (+ 2 more years of security pad). Regarding bug fixes and software revisions.. RealMe is way ahead in comparison with TCL

Soon to be launched Redmi Pad with the 6nm Helio G99. A class apart from it's previous 12nm brethren from 2+ years ago. But only 4GB RAM as the highest variant as rumoured is a deal breaker. Otherwise it's shaping up to be the best budget tablet. Even custom ROM support can be expected. For a bit more the 6GB variant of the vastly superior Mi Pad 5 can be availed but price wise it's a bit too close to the entry-level iPad.

Helio P22 in the TCL tab is pretty similar to the SD625 from 2017 and is slow by modern standards. While the latter at least did support H.265 10-bit video codec in hardware I am not sure about the former.

Is 3 GB RAM enough to run YouTube videos and browse ?

Yes. Multi-tasking / retaining app state could be an issue with these 3GB RAM devices (the extent of it.. depends on software optimization too) @LIMBO

Just borderline manageable in well-optimised custom ROMs based on A11. Expect frequent browser tab reloads. The Youtube app itself is reportedly quite memory hungry nowadays. However the memory usage is a bit lower in A12 and A13 reportedly continues the trend. ROMs by Chinese OEMs tend to be anything but optimised so one should aim for 4GB to be on the safe side.
