PROCESS FOR REDEMPTION OF ENCIRCLE GIFT VOUCHER

Gift vouchers will be shared only via email. Please register your email ID before proceeding with the Tata Sky Recharge

He/ she will go to https://titanencircle.com/activate_vouche...de, enter the details as asked & click Submit Gift Voucher Code
OTP will be triggered to the entered mobile number
Member will enter the OTP & submit
Gift Voucher will be activated post successful validation of OTP & Encircle Points equal to the denomination to the attached code will be credited to member account
An acknowledgement SMS will be triggered to the customer which will confirm the Activation of Gift Voucher
PROCESS FOR ACTIVATION OF GIFT VOUCHER

A. EXCLUSIVE OFFLINE STORES FOR TITAN BRANDS:
Once the Encircle points voucher is activated the amount of points gets parked in the members Encircle account
Encircle member walks down to any of the brand’s exclusive stores pan India
While billing the Cashier/store staff will ask for the member’s mobile number to check their Encircle Points Balance and will ask for member’s consent to redeem the points on the billing. Members need to share the Same Mobile number which they used to activate the Gift Voucher.
OTP will be triggered to a registered mobile number when redemption is initiated by the Cashier. Member has to share OTP with Cashier to complete the redemption process
B. EXCLUSIVE ONLINE SITE OF THE TITAN BRANDS:
Once the Encircle points voucher is activated the amount of points gets parked in the members Encircle account
Encircle members goes to any of the Titan brand’s exclusive online portal
Members add the product in their cart and while checkout selects Encircle points option.
Member submits their same mobile number through which they had activated their Encircle points voucher and gets an OTP for validation
Once successfully validated their Encircle points would reflect there which they can use in their billing.
CONDITIONS & PREREQUESITE OF THE GIFT VOUCHER:

Gift voucher can be activated by Titan Encircle Member as well as Non member
If a Non encircle member is trying to activate the Gift voucher then he will be enrolled as a member & then points will get credited to members Titan encircle account
If existing encircle member is trying to activate then post successful validation required points will be credited to his/her titan encircle account
To redeem Points at Showroom or online, user has to mention the same Mobile number used to activate the Gift Voucher
Gift Voucher can be used only once
Each Titan encircle point is worth Re 1
The Encircle voucher code is valid for 3 months from the start date of the campaign to be activated and once activated it has to be redeemed within 7 days.
