Hisense( VU’s manufacturer) 55 inch was also being sold for 29999. I have been using since launch 8-10 months ago.

My advice is spent ₹4k extra and get the LG 43" 4k TV for 28499
Mainly because of display panel quality. And brand value
LG 108 cm (43 inch) Ultra HD (4K) LED Smart TV (43UP7500PTZ) Please Visit https://ddime.i...FD

There are multiple factors involving.
1. I don’t like Webos and Tizen os because of lack of apps and many things. Don’t want to buy Fire stick for this reason.
2. Android is must for me.
3. This tv is giving extra exchange value to my 5 year old tv.

Not bad
This is a 2022 launch (Dolby vision + eARC port for audio-passthrough)
But which TV you’re trying to exchange? 40"? ~25k should be the regular deal price for popular sales

7.2k exchange value is good for 6 year old tv
You can get redmi tv but don’t have too much expectations, the tv colours might not look as good as lg/sony etc at low brightness/contrast & don’t expect more than 3 years of life which seems to be the avg standard nowadays for almost all tv models.

I did not think of your 2nd and 3rd points. I think in this case you should go for Mi TV
