But Citibank offers only 3000 rs as discount. Quoted price is 46,999 and then 3000 discount means only 43,999 effective right

Most expert reviews are pretty much unanimous that it’s display is just pathetic. From maximum brightness being way too low, TN panel with poor viewing angles and woeful coverage of the sRGB colour space and inaccurate colours. Redmi seemingly went back to 2008 and got hold of the worst display of that time. It’s not acceptable at Rs 25k even. At that price range a few years ago Fujitsu laptops were available which had a decent display IIRC. @girisharora8192
Unfortunately processor is not everything. Laptops’ performances get thermally throttled. Laptops’ bad io devices make the usage really unfriendly. 🙂🙂🙂 It’s rather better to compromise on few aspects to get a good experience.

Display and soldered ram are drawbacks. Either it could have been launched as entry performance device with expansion option of RAM OR a entertainment device with IPS display. Device is a confused launch.
