i had once bought 2 of these below 200₹ I returned both pcs coz there was no base at all 

dont know this model had any bass or maybe I got both faulty pcs

Renewed accessories are those that are returned 2-3 times by customers , I can assure that those were returned twice atleast by looking at the torn boxes, renewed stickers etc 

try ur luck if you wish
