Plastic Pays Back is an initiative implemented in 22 Big Bazaar and 2 Hypercity stores across Mumbai and suburbs for recycling empty plastic bottles and plastic cans used for packaging food, home and personal care products

Offer is valid only on empty plastic bottles of Marico and FCL

A customer can deposit any empty plastic bottle but will get a cashback of Rs. 10/- in his/her Future Pay Big Bazaar wallet on each plastic bottle of above mentioned brands.

Each customer can deposit maximum 10 empty plastic bottles per day at stores.

In store, empty plastic bottles will be accepted at the baggage counter. Baggage counter authorities will provide receipt which includes date, customer name, mobile number and no. of empty plastic bottles received from customer.

Customer needs to deposit empty plastic bottles in the designated waste receptacle placed at the entrance of the store after receiving the baggage counter receipt. No empty plastic bottle to be allowed to be taken inside the store.

Cashback to customer’s Future Pay wallet will be credited at Customer Service Desk (CSD) counter after submitting the baggage counter receipt.

Customer needs to download the Future Pay App on mobile from Play store/App store or by giving a missed call on 8010-350-000 and register with the mobile number given at the time of generating baggage counter receipt.

Cashback in Future Pay wallet will only be given on the mobile number provided by customer after depositing empty plastic bottle.

In case if customer is unable to use Future Pay due to mobile phone limitation, purchase voucher/credit note will be generated with a permission from Store Manager. Once the transaction is complete, customer will receive an SMS on his/her registered mobile number.

Cashback in Future Pay Big Bazaar wallet can only be redeemed at Big Bazaar, Hypercity, fbb

The cashback in Future Pay Big Bazaar wallet cannot be transferred to another wallet (non-transferable)

Future Pay terms and conditions shall also apply to the cashback given in Future Pay wallet.

Any disputes should be referred to the Future Retail Ltd. at the call centre number or email mentioned below and the decision of the company shall be final.

Unlawful modification or abuse of the offer is prohibited.
