it’s better to stay away from cheap products like this ..what if they use Methanol as base of their alcohol instead of ethanol… Methanol is much much more poisonous for humans.

Methanol is harmful when taken internally..for sanitization IPA is better than ethanol, which is as good as methanol.
lighter organic alcohols are antiseptics and disinfectants because they dissolve the lipids ( fatty layers ) outside most microbes and denature the DNA and rips off the cell walls of bacterias etc.
acetone is much much better sanitizer but it is so good in ripping the fats that it dries out your skin also, so its not the preferred choice for sanitizer.
Acetone is available in paint shops at 1/4 the price of ethanol since its not licensed as intoxicant.
