How to Use
Prior reservations are required for the JCB Lounge.
1. Visit the Universal Studios Japan JCB Lounge reservation site using the link at the bottom of this page.
2. Agree to the terms of service on the lounge reservation website and enter your information (name, card number, date of birth, and e-mail address).
3. You will receive an e-mail with a confirmation code. Enter the confirmation code on the lounge reservation page and proceed.
4. You will then receive a reservation completion email.
5. On the day of your reservation, please show the JCB card you used to make a reservation and the reservation completion email (or the reservation number you were issued when the reservation was completed) at the JCB Lounge.
The lounge cannot be used without a reservation.
Same-day bookings are not possible. Please complete your reservation by 11:59PM the day before you wish to use the lounge.
Please check the lounge reservation site or the reservation confirmation email for details on using the lounge.
Reservations can be changed or canceled on the lounge reservation site. Please select “Check/Edit/Cancel Reservation” on the lounge website and follow the on-screen instructions.
Depending on the status of your reservation, we may be unable to meet your request.
The reservation will be canceled for late arrivals.
The method of making reservations is subject to change.

I believe there is no loungekey access with the card and only regular lounge (rupay in india and 2/year internationally).
Please correct me if I am wrong.
50% you are wrong because currently International lounge access arrange by Discover or JCB Brand.
This is JCB Brand card and JCB provide International lounge access through loungekey (for lounges outside of Japan and Hawaii). 😀

The jcb debit card link from above shows that " For JCB Platinum Debit Card members, all member visits and all guest visits will be charged USD32 per person per visit."
I got the card today and after creating the pin, I went to create the lounge key account and it gives an error.
