Customs will detain the parcel and impose penalty of upto or above Rs 5000 on you for importing banned items.
Not only you will lose the paid amount but above that upto 5000 rupees will also be penalized on you.
Custom people now digging the old graves , they are sending penalty letters to all those people who had ordered drones in the past.
I too had received the letter demanding fine, 6 months ago for import of a RC toy 1 year ago , but I had already paid it a year ago.
Recently a guy got Rs 5000 penalty letter for import of drone which he ordered 2 years ago. The drone cost was merely 2000 but after 2 years they charged him 5000.
So, take risk wisely. Better buy such drones from your city’s china market .
