Yes. But if u want u can choose 6gn variend at extra cost
Though it is okish phone , I can tell you that Samsung M series or Exynos based phones often seem to have network related issues , mostly cellular and WiFi also. So you may not be getting first 2 items.
Also No lag or junk ads & apps - being M series and OneUI there will be some embedded apps, ads if you do not setup properly. i.e. disable customization options.
You best bet will be to either go for Moto may be G51 or G62.
Else increase budget and get Samsung F14 or F23 ( in offer)
Why do u think its a okish phone? Its samsung btw and brand value matters ( my personal choice is moto though)
First of all moto g51 is kinda outdated and I couldnt find with
offer at more than 14500 which gives only 4/64gb
Sd480 processor which comes with moto g51 is 8nm outdated processor and slower than exynos 1330(5nm). Exynos older processor might not be good but this one is latest and has fixed almost all issues
Tell me which brand gives 5g,128gb,6000 mah bttry, 90hz 1080p full hd display at 13k? The display is quite good im personally using and I haven't faced any network or wifi issue with this phone
Yes there r tonnes of better phone out there but at 13k this is the best phone hands down
And u r talking about F14 and and F23, F14 is this phone lol and F23 is outdated as well amd costs more and gives lower battery mah ( retails for 15990 with offer 14990) which is 2k extra than F14 5G.
F23 processor is outdated as well SD 750 8nm 2020 release. Slower than exynos 1330.
The only better things is 3 camera vs 2 camera in F14.
I still have no idea why would u recommand moto g51 or samsung F23 over this cheaper yet better phone phone.
And please always try to buy the latest model . latest model gives u better spec and at cheaper sometimes because technology improves day by day. Dont buy samsung F13, instead buy F14. Dont buy F23 instead buy F24 (which will launch soon)

Please note that Exynos performance on paper (Spec comparison, tests) etc. most likely does not reflect in real life.
Also Network, battery life, performance tend to be worse Vs Snapdragon or even Mediatek nowdays.
I feel it is better to buy higher series phone of last year Vs lower series of current. So I feel buy F23 rather than F14.

F23 is overall good as many of my friends relatives bought it in sale/offers for as low as 13k (6GB variant).
It has better camera with wide angle , it has NFC (Samsung Pay support), Full OneUI features.
I agree that F14 is pretty close to F23. So anyone need to decide on their priority.
Battery , Longer SW support, newer SoC go with F14
Camera, reliable processor, NFC go with F23
